Cooking Experience in a Relais & Chateaux in Veneto - Prosecco hills
La Corte restaurant, is proposing a series of cooking
lessons throughout the year.
Led by chef Rosy Zanon with the collaboration of Stefano Merenda
you will learn the little tricks of the trade, tools and methods,
as well as new dishes.
The lessons are suitable for small groups from a minimum of 2 to
8 people and aimed at anyone who wants to approach fine gourmet
cuisine from simple dishes for beginners to more elaborate
preparations.
Each participant is actively involved in the suggestion of recipes
and the creation of the menu.
